Hard News Writing - Climate change
The conditions that favor the development of extreme weather patterns including hurricanes have been linked to the direct effects of climate change, and scientists are using satellite images to better understand climate changes.
Satellites are useful to measure the sea level changes and different characteristics of the ocean surface, and the rapid intensification of hurricanes. The link between these processes and climate change has been investigated to evaluate climate extremes.
(Context of “ocean environment” and “climate changes”)
“A typhoon in 2002, affected by climate changes, caused $700 million damages and destroyed 1,300 homes in Guam, according to a 2016 report by United States Environmental

The NOAA has been collecting data on climate change and temperate have been increasing in the US and globally by 1.4 degrees from the early 20th century.
When the ocean atmosphere is warming, the risk hurricane of becoming stronger and even as many of the hurricanes do not land, the risks and threats to people’s live and property are increasing.
