The conditions that favor the development of extreme weather patterns including hurricanes have been linked to the direct effects of climate change, and scientists are using satellite images to better understand climate changes.
Satellites are useful to measure the sea level changes and different characteristics of the ocean surface, and the rapid intensification of hurricanes. The link between these processes and climate change has been investigated to evaluate climate extremes.

Climate change is also linked to increased heat waves, heavy downpours, drought, floods and changes in winter storms. There has been growing interest in understanding the impact of climate change on hurricanes and the risk of sea level rise and coastal flooding.

According to meteorologist Dr. Kandis Boyd, the Deputy Dictator of NOAA ( National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration)- Office of Water and Air Quality, “Atmosphere temperature is starting to warm, and as a result, that affects human, that affects live stock, affects aquatic lives, it also affects many of the plants we have in different areas of the country.”

Dr. Kandis Boyd also indicated that climate extremes like the hurricanes will become stronger if the climate change continues to impact global temperatures and the ozone layer.
The NOAA has been collecting data on climate change and temperate have been increasing in the US and globally by 1.4 degrees from the early 20th century.
When the ocean atmosphere is warming, the risk hurricane of becoming stronger and even as many of the hurricanes do not land, the risks and threats to people’s live and property are increasing.
