Eddie Palmier Latin Jazz Band Concer Report Assignment
The concert was nearly 2 hours. The music style was mostly polyphonic. The performers were Eddie Palmieri - Piano, Luques Curtis - bass, Vicente "Little Johnny" Rivero - Congas, Jonathan Powell - trumpet, Louis Fouche - saxophone, and Camilo Molina - timbales.

The concert was held in Jackson Hall at Mondavi Center, and it was spacious. There were many spectator seats as well.
My seat was located at section GT CTR, which was on the third floor. It was a nice spot to appreciate the concert. Eddie Palmier talked about himself and made some jokes before the performance. At the end of the concert, he and his band thanked everyone who came to his concert and ended the concert.
Eddie Palmieri loved his wife very much, who has already passed away. The first song he performed in this was for her.
The trumpet and saxophone players usually appear only if they are playing. If they are not playing, they would go to the corner of the stage.
Eddie sometimes came off from his seat and danced with the melody.
The audiences mostly were the white seniors, and some of them fell in sleep.

Attending Eddie Palmieri Latin jazz band concert was one of the most intriguing experiences for me. The concert was held in Jackson Hall at Mondavi Center, and it took nearly 2 hours. The Jackson hall was quite spacious, and it, therefore, accommodated thousands of spectators. My seat was located at section GT CTR, which was on the third floor and it was an incredibly nice spot since I watched the band with no distractions or hurdles. The performers included Eddie Palmieri , Luques Curtis , Vicente "Little Johnny" Rivero , Jonathan Powell , Louis Fouche , and Camilo Molina . The individuals are professional performers who showed an aptitude for music from an early age. Most of them have performed in numerous countries across the globe while others have released numerous recordings, which have reflected their unconventional approach to music.
The performers had graced the concert in formal clothes. They were in a simple pair of trousers and shirts of different colors and had complemented their apparel with ties. Some had also accessorized themselves with hats. Eddie Palmieri who is the pianist in the band made some few remarks where he made some jokes and expressed his gratitude to all those individuals who came to the event. Eddie has a charming personality, and therefore it was not a herculean task to capture the attention of the audience. The audience consisted of young and senior whites and black Americans nonetheless; one could spot a few Asians and Russians. The audience expressed their complete satisfaction with the performance of the band after the concert ended. Most of the individuals consistently asserted that they were thrilled by the manner in which the performers could emotionally and musically engage them.
The song titled Once I loved by Antonio Carlos Jobim was the first song to be performed by the band and was performed in honor of Eddie’s late wife. Eddie expressed a lot of emotions while performing the song and this clearly depicted that he truly loved and missed his late wife.
