This part will include identifying a need in the society and making preparation on how to deal with the need. This part will involve trying to establish to the community that there exist racial differences in the community and then to prepare them on how they can deal with them in an effective manner.
As a part of completing this exercise, I will gather a group of participants then ask them to split in groups of individuals that appear alike. The next step will be to split the participants into whites and blacks then ask each one of them to discuss how it feels to be among those two groups. Each group will be asked to write down what they think that the other group should know about them as white/black participants (McKenzie-Mavinga, 2009).
After receiving the feedback, I will analyze the contribution of each group with a view to establishing whether there are any underlying racial issues that need to be addressed. The next step...
