To prepare for the employee who will be occupying the role, create an employee benefits brochure/booklet that you would present to new employees during their initial orientation.
Include in this brochure/booklet mandatory and discretionary benefits that are used in your industry.
The brochure should be 6–8 pages with a professional appearance and should be modeled after a professional booklet from your company, a former company, or a company you would like to work for.
Hint: Research various Microsoft brochure templates to create a professional booklet.

These are benefits that the state has legalized for as compulsory for employers to provide for their employees. Some of these benefits provided by federal law are payable while others are not but employers don't need to provide compensation unless they want to.
1 Earned Leaves.
These are different from casual, medical leaves and holidays though single leaves are not granted and for one to be availed for it the person requesting for this type of leave must ask for more than one at ago. The employee must see the supervisor in charge of a control or the senior supervisor. Encashment must not be done for over 300 and it should be done during separation or retirement.
2 Social Security Benefits.
These benefits refer to measures of safety that society gives to the needy for their protection. Under industrial terms, social security benefits are the measures provided under labor laws to provide safety and protection of employees against occupational hazards. The type of social security covered in this organization is social insurance where you as an employee have to chip in the financial responsibility. Some of the benefits provided include Employee welfare fund which caters to the welfare of employees in terms of loans and financial needs.
Group insurance policies have advantages to the company which includes: reduce employee turnover rates, protect investment on the employee after-tax compensation is maximized and to the employee, there is cost-sharing with the employer, opportunity for basic coverage and lower costs. Provision provident fund, pension, and medical cover for your families, financial assistance, and consolidation fee for disability or death while in the company, training, and support to upgrade your skills as employees. This company also provides paternity leave of 2 weeks and maternity leave for employees but half the salary is paid during this kind of leave.
3 Compensation for Workers
This benefit is given to employees who miss work either because of illness or injury while working or performing their duties in the company. The compensation includes medical expenses and reimbursement for pay.
4 Leave Travel Allowance
They are benefits given to employees for traveling alone or with the family. One must request for leave before the holidays to be granted or be compensated for the travel expenses by the company but incidental expenses are not compensated.
5 Civic Duties.
This company allows its employees to go and attended civic duties pertaining to the requirements of the government. Such duties include jury duty, appear as a witness in court, to appear in court as a crime victim, military serving and during elections. These benefits you as an employee and a citizen of your loyal country shall be provided as a duty and fulfillment of your responsibilities to the nation.
