Identify the problem/concern: Racial disparities in terms of Health care as evident in patients’ perception and number of medically insured Hispanics and Blacks as compared to Whites
State your proposal/idea. Further legislative support should be given to the efforts in reducing racial disparities in terms of health and health care in the state and in the whole country; Increasing the Blacks and Hispanics’ access to health care insurance as a way to reduce these racial disparities in Health care (Lillie-Blanton & Hoffman, 2005)

According to studies, Black women perceived the pregancy stage less optimistically as compared to Hispanic and White women.
