Reengineering focuses on efficient processes that emphasize customer satisfaction, while eliminating the old inefficient processes that are mostly obsolete. When there is a radical redesign and a reconceptualization of an organization, the production system and work dynamics this is process reengineering. Organizations mainly utilize the business process in reengineering to achieve maximum business efficiency, which may include using the automated systems, to support the new processes (Bhaskar, 2018). This is associated with significant improvements in the business process, and especially when considering strategic elements in the design process to optimize outcomes.
