Based on the Nutrient Daily report, each nutrient was out of range. Therefore, there are several changes that I need to make to ensure my optimal health. For carbohydrates, the target established for my profile was 320 grams for a 2000-calorie diet. However, my average intake of carbohydrates was 380 grams. This means that I exceeded the target by 60 grams, and I need to cut back on carbohydrates to achieve 320 grams average daily intake. For Protein, the target established for my profile was 52 grams. However, my average intake was 40 grams. This means that I was not able to meet the target and need to improve my protein intake to achieve 52 52-gram average daily intake. For fat, the target established was 44-77 grams per day. However, my average intake was 90 grams, which shows I exceeded my recommended daily fat intake.
Therefore, I will need to reduce fat intake to at least 77 grams on average daily intake. For Sodium,
