Summary of Results - Clark Healthy Workplace Inventory 
From the Clark healthy workplace inventory assessment, my organization scored 79, indicating a mildly healthy workplace. The results suggest that my workplace is mildly civil, with a generally positive outlook on workplace health and wellbeing, and some areas require attention and improvement. Although the organization was perceived to be healthy and well-functioning, some problems affecting the employees were identified based on the areas that had low scores. These areas include employee wellness and self-care, job control, and workload demands. The increased workload would force employees to work for long hours, leading to work burnout and stress. These workplace challenges limit healthy behaviors, affecting an organization from achieving a healthy workplace. They are the reasons my organization is mildly healthy. A mild healthy workplace exists when organizational structure and the environment do not support most interventions promoting safety, quality, and excellence. My workplace needs to design adequate measures to improve the workplace climate to attain a moderately healthy environment.

One thing that surprised me about the results is that my company reached a mildly healthy workplace level. The highest level I expected the organization to fall is barely healthy. This is because of employees' many problems that increase their dissatisfaction. Some of these issues include burnout, long working hours, and high-stress levels. They limit healthy behaviors in the workplace. A workplace environment where employees experience burnout and high-stress level is often considered unhealthy (Clark, 2011). Such organizations cannot attract top talents or retain existing employees. I always believed that my organization was unhealthy. It is because of this that I found the results surprising. In other words, the results exceeded my expectations.
