Elevator Pitch/outline Creative Writing Research Paper

Not sure, but I am getting push back from my professor on this Elevator pitch, she wants it done in an outline. I do not understand,i have researched it and submitted it and got a zero grade. She has given me another chance to resubmit it. I will upload my elevator pitch, along with her instructions. hopefully you guys can help me with, never had any negative using. thanks again.
