Hamilton Fitness Academy offers various services to its customers. As mentioned earlier, the facility aims to help its members to achieve their fitness goals. The business provides fitness services in different packages. Whereas some of the packages are tailored for individuals, others are designed to be offered to clients in groups. The packages that are available include the following;
1-on-1 Personal Training
This is mainly provided to individuals based on appointment. The charges for the service range between $70 and $90 per month, depending on the coach and individual fitness goals. The pricing is fair because it is affordable, thus expanding the target niche.
Further, the pricing was done per the market dynamics and the pricing of the competitors. Hamilton has 16 coaches who offer this service to the customers. The service is provided to provide people with a rather individualized approach to fitness and health ("Hamilton Fitness Academy", 2019). Clients are allowed to work one-on-one so that they can realize their personal goals. The coaches also tailor the programs so that they can meet the specific needs of the clients, and training sessions will be scheduled on an individual basis.
Fascia Training
Hamilton Fitness Academy also offers fascia training services to its clients through different sports movements and activities aimed at improving the functional properties of the clients’ muscular connective tissues. These exercises are aimed at improving the functioning of ligaments, tendons, muscular envelopes, and joint capsules ("Hamilton Fitness Academy", 2019). Further, the fascia training helps in a training simulation. The service is available on an appointment, and it costs clients between $80 and $90 per month, depending on the activities and movements involved in the program. The pricing is a bit high, and this has discouraged various potential clients. There is a need to review the price and make it more affordable. However, Hamilton Fitness Academy’s justification might be because it has a few fascia training coaches. 
Boxing Bootcamp 
Hamilton Fitness offers its clients a hybrid of boxing and strength and conditioning classes. The classes help in toning, sculpting, and building the clients’ bodies to realize peak performance. The training is appropriate for all fitness levels. Training includes such activities as TRX bands, agility drills, weights, bag work, shadow boxing, and core strengthening. Classes are offered on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7 pm ("Hamilton Fitness Academy", 2019). Clients pay either $25 drop-in or $135 inclusive of tax for unlimited training per month, with a 3-month commitment. This is one of the most affordable services offered by the facility and attracts a high number of customers. 
Booty Bootcamp 
These services are offered to female clients for firming their booty. They include both vigorous and soft activities that help in shaping their bodies and giving them a firmer booty.
