Employee Motivation
The movie, ‘What Motivates Employees in Today’s Workforce’ was uploaded by Joni Daniels to help employers realize the difference between employees according to their age brackets and what they prefer as motivation. She explains that older people are motivated by security, a promise not to lose their job, more money, authority, responsibility, and a bigger office. Today people want to get involved in the advancing technology; they want to explore new dimensions, weekends off, flexibility in their work schedules, and training. She argues that using the same old methods of motivation causes demotivation to the younger workers.
