After watching the movie titled Office Space, it is evident that Peter Gibbons works as a programmer at Initech. He is not happy with his life, as well as with his job, and is tired of the day-to-day routine and workload. Most often, he fails to accomplish his tasks, and his behavior at the office is annoying. After the news that a consultant would arrive to help everyone improve their performance, Peter, Michael, and Samir decide to express their dissatisfaction in a number of ways such as trashing the printer. One topic that this film shows is the occupational behavior. There is a clip that shows consultants interviewing an employee, which illustrates that the process of evaluating a candidate’s performance should be transparent. Peter Gibbons is gets disturbed knowing that things are not working as expected.
