Part 1: After watching the movie titled Enron: The Smartest Guys in the Room, it is evident that the main reason for Enron’s demise is the fraudulent and wrongful activities that led its stakeholders, employees, and shareholders feel bad as they had lost a lot of money. On the other hand, Enron did not care about what others feel or think; instead, it remained on the constant lookout for personal well-being.
Part 2 (a): The main ethical problem associated with this business model is that Enron was consuming a lot of energy to expand its network and to fulfill the requirements of the customers. Those financial instruments did not mean much to people who actually needed the energy in the form of electricity, oil, and gas.
