The film The Gates Central Park is a reflection of artwork by Christos and Jeanne Claude. The artist explains the journey that he went through to create one of the greatest artworks called The Gates which was realized in 2005 at the Central Park in New York. In the interview, Christos begins by explaining the previous works of art that he has worked on. By explaining the previous artworks, then the viewer is able to connect with him since they are able to understand the journey that they have gone through before coming up with The Gates Project which was successful. It makes it easy to build the film to the climax where he talks about what the viewer wants to hear and that is The Gates Project.
In the film, there is one thing that stands out. As Christos explains the various artworks that he has worked on, there is an illustration for each of them on the screen. If Christos would have just explained
