For an investor to make proper decisions for investment, he/she needs to possess principles that act as guidelines in the process of making those decisions. The NEM, Gold and S have been under-priced with $49.5, $21.41 and $8.45 respectively. The demand for these is low due under rated prices leading to low supplies. High demand for other stocks would cause dilution of their prices and possible losses as seen with BABA, FNV and TSLA priced $205.98, $118.89 and $848.34 respectively.
The investor ought to have a skewed approach in the analysis of these stocks and make a prediction of price changes in the short run due to their volatility. A trade analysis should be keenly analysed before determining of quantity to put at stake. A volatile stock would lead to huge loss when a large quantity is invested. For example, SPCE with 410 units had a sharp price change from $15.27 to $33.95. Such a change is significant to act rationally and sceptical.
