My life role – Identify your life plan role (this may be you as a student or professional).
My goal is to create a structure for each day that integrates the element of time meant for mentoring, project work and personal learning. The inclusion of these aspects would be efficient in allowing me to have a healthy work-life balance (Clardy, 2015). I, therefore, need to accomplish this goal within the next 90 days in as much as this sounds like a like a lofty goal, thus requiring me to break this down into the SMART components.
In this case, establishing sharp and clearly defined goals would be effective in measuring and making progress towards the achievement of these goals, an element that would aid in setting development (Hitaj & Zambruno, 2016). On the other hand, this would be effective in raising my self-confidence as this will assist in recognizing my competency and ability in the achievement of these goals.

My long-term goals in this role – Identify one outcome you plan to achieve within the next 2 to 10 years in this role.
1. Balancing my work-life in project work and personal development
2. Enhancing my skills and capabilities within my professional project work.
3. Enhancing the manner I spend time in my project work and personal learning
4. Setting the right priorities and approaches of achieving these priorities within the given time framework
5. Adherence to these goals and enhancing my commitment in my project work and personal learning.
