Technology has become a part of lifestyle among man societies. Systems made from technology can now process, understand and develop solutions to the psychosocial problems affecting people. Using technology, innovative entities such as Titans Solutions can develop complex systems that help people understand themselves, interact with others and even enhance lasting relationships. Titans Solutions is using technological systems to scans and map out the fears, interests, concerns and other troubles that people fight internally. For Titans Solutions to deliver such a service, there is a need for a team of employees who understand the value of our service to the people. With the right people, it will be easy to develop policies and a work culture that makes the best use of talented workers. A robust leadership and management system will steer the new company towards realizing the goals of the company. The adopted leadership styles will resonate with the objectives of the company and its clan culture. 
Characteristics of Employees
Employees working at Titans need to be passionate about improving the lives of people. They have to develop a solid connection with our clients. Such a connection ensures that our patients feel comfortable addressing the issues that are affecting their life. Every employee is expected to explain to our customers on the available solution paths. However, they should advise the clients on the best way to address the identified issues. Guidance is based on the diagnostics obtained and the available alternatives.  However, the recovery program will also respect the customer's desire. 
Equally important to the employees is work ethics and principles that enhance their productivity at work. The work ethics must be in line with the culture of the organization. As such, honesty, when engaging our clients, accompanied by excellent communication skills, ensures that clients get the best experience from the company (Guzmán 1). These traits agree with the culture of the organization, which is to help our customers understand themselves practically and transparently.
