Introduction
Happiness is quite important considering that even the founding fathers of America saw it fit to include the same in the Declaration of Independence. Every other person will experience happiness in their own way as it is largely a personal affair (Catanzaro, Shelley). This is despite the fact that everyone is working had to be happy in their lives, the experiences and the expectations are quite different (Sheldon, Kennon M., and Sonja Lyubomirsky). For some, it is giving that brings them happiness, for others it is good intimacy with their partners and there are those who like indulging in taking good food and wine.

Even though the neighbor is into good cars, the most certainly are not happy about the same elements of the cars as they will have different experiences and expectations for the same (Lu, Luo, and Robin Gilmour). While material things tend to be associated with happiness by some people research indicates that, they are not largely the source of happiness (Asia One). Social activities are mostly associated with happiness, such as spirituality, hanging out with friends, family and focus on the community (Lu, Luo).
‘Happiness is tied to volunteering and to giving blood, and people with religious faith tend to be happier than those without. A solid marriage is linked to happiness, as is participation in so...
