The Summer Transportation Internship Program for Diverse Groups (STIPDG) is a program initiated by the U.S. Department of Transportation and the Federal High Administration (FHWA). The STIPDG is a paid internship program that cuts across the board to recruit anyone who meets the qualification regardless of one’s sex, sexual orientation, age, physical or mental disability or any other that is prohibited by the state or local law.
