Reading about the Spanish flu outbreak in 1918 sends shivers down my spine, thinking, and reflecting on how tragic it was. This should be a lesson to every government and individual to be ready for every malady that attacks humanity. There should have been adequate preparation, and proper governance to tackle this disease. The covid-19 case is another such, requiring individuals to keep high levels of hygiene and avoid physical contact with others. I noticed that this disease is fought by the strong immune system in the body. Building a robust immune system depends on our nutrition and the quantity of vitamin products we take.
