Introduction
Due to their busy schedules, people face difficulty in attaining their goals. Therefore, the career action plan is a noteworthy way to conquer any goal by sketching the complete career path with relevant actions and time limits (Peng, 2018). The career action plan is worthy to evaluate the opportunities and barriers associated with the goal and the action plan to manage it with influential approaches. The report highlights my career action plan to achieve the goal of satisfactory employment in the business sector as the marketer. Accordingly, the action plan includes the goal, related actions, deadlines, benefits, and challenges of the overall process. Hence, the career action plan guides me to achieve the goal.

An individual needs to work on the action plan initially to lead his/her with high potential. For this purpose, the career action plan is the roadmap that encourages a person to accomplish those goals with defined actions and targets (Gee, Schulte & Matsumoto, 2019). Career Goal with Deadline
Due to my interest in marketing, my aim is to be the marketing head of a reputable firm. While studying business administration, I found marketing as the core subject to lead the business. Therefore, I learned marketing concepts and strategies carefully and tried to experience them practically at the internship and job. Further, I developed relevant skills such as creative planning, decision-making, technical skills, and leading skill to be more effective in the future. However, I was working from last years to attain a strong position in the marketing field but failed because I lack in planning. Before a week, I attended the training session related to a career plan, which guided me to be effective with career goals; therefore, I need to design the appropriate action plan with a deadline. Correspondingly, I create an action plan and my goal is to earn a permanent job in the multinational firm as the marketing head by 2020.
Specific Actions
The specific actions will work progressively to attain my career goal because those actions will boost my skills and expertise to be perfect for that position. As per my goal, the associated actions are discussed below.
* I should go through with the personal, career, skill development, learning approach, value and personality assessment to determine my strengths and weaknesses to adopt the marketing career. Further, assessments help me to understand my career by developing relevant skills. Therefore, self and career assessment would be the first action I would take to earn the highly reputable job in marketing,
