Globalization is part of what is driving the rapid change of China. China has adopted various political, economic and technological changes and has successfully adjusted to them. Therefore, the adaptation is linked to a more open system of the economy referred to as socialism that contains majorly of the Chinese characteristics. Trade has rapidly grown with exports to countries such as United States, Japan and European Union. Moreover, China has been able to attract investments in the manufacturing industry due to reduced labor and distribution costs.
