Networking Essay: Cooperative Individuals

Student Name Professor Name Course Date Networking Essay When it comes to selecting a career path, much goes into figuring out whether it is worth one’s efforts or not. Even when I have collected all the important information, I cannot be guaranteed of a prosperous future until or unless I develop in myself exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. At the same time, I need to expand my network, meet new people, make friendships with them, interact with everyone in a friendly way, and of course, pretend to be the well-wisher of even the worst individuals on this planet. I’d rather have ten cooperative and nice individuals in my network of friends than hundreds of persons who are not so inclined or interested in my friendship. From these three posts, I have learned that the world is full of selfish and arrogant people, and finding good people has become a challenging task. I won’t let myself get distracted by aiming for friendships with public figures or big-name players in my selected field. Instead, I will focus on growing my network slowly and steadily, and only the right kind of people with positive attitude and mindset will be a part of my group. I have plans to include some rich individuals in my group, who are ready to donate money for noble causes or ready to hire people like Jaime Vado. Working in the United States, this person’s salary is lower than what he deserves. It’s very sad to see that he works throughout the day, but the store owner or manager still treats him like a piece of garbage. Once I fully develop my network of friends, which will have some wealthy people too, I will request those individuals to come forward and help Jaime Vado like people financially or spiritually. I feel that he won’t accept any financial help, but being there for him spiritually or helping him improve his situation is what we can do. In next few months, I intend to contact an NGO regarding the same issue. Just like Mr. Jaime Vado, that young mother who’s is struggling to build her network also needs our support and help. So, I have decided to switch things up for some time and discuss her matter with someone who is a pro and ready to help.
