Explain Paul’s use of the word "For" at the beginning of Romans 8:29. How is it connecting what comes before it with what comes after?
From the video, Paul uses the word "For" to refer to the people of God (Scofield, 2003). This shows the connection that shows that God knew His people even before they came into existence to this world and even afterwards He sends His son Jesus to the world to lead the people and show them the way forward.
