Good employees are an asset to any company, and are hard to get. As companies continue to look for hardworking, talented, and innovative employees, those with such employees have to work on mechanisms of sustaining them. Employee motivation is the most effective way of maintaining such employees. A company that understands how to motivate its employees report high turnover.
The question of what motivates employees continues to be a puzzle to most companies.
