Reflect on the group project experience, based on class discussion and readings on team dynamics and best practices . Essay format - 500 plus words - no specific word limit, use your judgement as to what you need to write to satisfy criteria for the assignment.
Analyze how your team operated, and be specific in providing evidence to support your conclusions. Apply the Form -Storm - Norm - Perform model.
Pick 2 or 3 of the self assessment exercises to complete (some we did in class), and write briefly about the self knowledge and insights obtained. What did you learn about yourself and working on a team as a result of self reflection and completing the project? Link attached.

Analysis of how the team operatesForm
The team was formed and relationships established, but at the point there were no clear roles, and test boundaries.
Storm
The team members came up with different suggestions and voiced their opinions where there is focus on working out to establish the objectives. However, there was still no agreement on the leadership, roles and responsibilities, but there was willingness to cooperate.
Norm
Having clear roles and responsibilities facilitated teamwork, since the team members assumed the roles they were assigned and their participation was key to the team’s performance. For instance, the research “GPS SmartSole Cross Generational Market Research”, Christopher Diaz focused on the introduction and baby boomers Christian Liu focused on Gen Z, while Yuxi Chen tackled the silent generation and the conclusion.
Perform
There was focus on open group discussion and participation of various group members and this is necessary to provide useful ideas and the members actively worked together. A positive attitude towards teamwork and group work is important to the success of the team work, which helps to maintain unity team, unlike the case where team members criticize the work and effort of other teammates to deflect their failures.
