The purpose of education is to equip one with the knowledge and skills necessary to bring about positive change in society. After graduation, I would like to join a gaming team. An example of a gaming team that I would like to join is the league of legends. There are several reasons why working as a manager is my ideal job. First, I have always felt that gaming teams have a unique ability to bring people together. In a world where people seem to be preoccupied with work and making ends meet, it is easy to forget about recreation. However, with some amenities like gaming teams, people have the opportunity to come together and enjoy while playing the game. Psychologists have shown that gaming teams have the ability to bring people together and reduce stress levels. This premise is one of the reasons why I would like to join a gaming team.
The second reason why this is my ideal job is that I have always enjoyed gaming teams. Now that I have some knowledge in management, I would feel most at home applying it in the area of gaming teams since I am already conversant and passionate about it. Evidence reveals that one of the key factors for job satisfaction is to do that which one loves.
