You are required to identify TWO open positions in the profession that are of interest to you. These positions should be from different organizations and with different responsibilities. For instance, you should not select two positions from within Drexel Athletics, and you should not select two Sports Information Director positions.

Recruiting, training, and evaluating all the administrators and supporting staff with the aim of enhancing the department in one’s vision. Qualifications To be offered this position, one has to have a bachelor’s degree but a Master’s is preferred. One must also be a leader and have a record of leadership with the necessary leadership skills especially interpersonal skills. Experience is also a great addition with a minimum of 7 years as a collegiate athletic administrator expected. One must also showcase skills and expertise in supervising, public relations, fund raising budgeting, planning, athletics promotion, and fiscal management. Additionally, adherence to the NCAA and Title IX rules and regulations are also an important consideration.
