However, the path towards achieving this financial freedom is not so easy. The author of the book Robert Kiyosaki presents the fact that school educates people on how they should become employees instead of educating them on how they should make money in their lives by becoming employers. The purpose of the book is to open up the eyes of the young people so that they can identify entrepreneurship opportunities in the society and make maximum use of them so that they can be successful in their lives instead of depending on the traditional education system that emphasizes on employment. In the first part of the book, the author addresses an educational crisis that is affecting most of the countries in the world. The society has emphasized more on education in various aspects but they fail to incorporate financial education which is important and which is the motive behind education. People go to school so that they can learn, get employed and earn an income which is in form of money. There are higher levels of unemployment in the different sectors that the children study in school such as accounting, nursing, construction etc. As a means of illustrating his opinion, the author says, “In April of 2012, less than 50% of America’s graduating class was able to find meaningful employment. Many found jobs, but are underemployed” (p. 21).
