The night was gloomy, and it was raining as Jack ran towards the farm. It was very dark due to the absence of the moon, and the only way to move around is by using a torch. The light from the stars helped, but it was still dark. Jack’s bloody fangs hang out of his mouth as he went in the direction of the farm. He tried to wipe them clean, but it did not help since he also had blood sputtered on his shirt and trousers. The rain made it worse, and the stain of blood spread to the rest of his clothes. Jack looked back and could not help but notice smoke and lights in the background. The house in the distance was still burning, and Jack knew that his time would be up if the villages caught up with him. He could hear the sounds of rushing footsteps...
