Essay Instructions:
I have already ordered once, and revised it, but it still didnt meet my expectation. so here i come, a second time order but written by the top 10 writers, here is the essay and the feed back from my teacher. So you can rewrite it, and make it better. Essay: Slumdog millionaire reading journal Vikas Swarup wrote the novel Slumdog Millionaire . The author uses Ram Mohammad, a boy from rural India, as the main character in the book. The story starts when Ram Mohammad finds himself locked up on accusation that he cheated in the quiz show titled ¡®Who Will Win a Billion¡¯. Ram is from a humble background in India and works as a waiter in a restaurant. Despite his background, Ram wins the quiz and nobody is capable of comprehending the situation. The presenters of the show are also surprised by the fact that he could answer all of the questions correctly in spite of being a slum boy. In addition, the hosts are even more troubled because they lack the funds to pay him. It does not make sense to them that such a young person from the slums could be able to answer the questions effectively without having had any interaction with urban life. These factors influence the anchors to arrest him and charge him for the offence of cheating. Ram gets Smiata Shah, a lawyer, to represent him in the case brought against him (he doesn¡¯t get her to, she volunteers) In reviewing the responses that Ram provides to the questions asked, it is clear that although his life has been short, it is full of events. The responses indicate the nature of Indian culture and the influences it has had on its people in various geographical locations. The author presents short stories that seem to be the basis of Ram¡¯s responses to the questions put forward by the presenters. These short stories are confusing as they are interwoven in order to illustrate the type of life that Ram had passed through. However, as one draws to the end of the book, the stories are brought into a whole understandable form. The show has 12 questions and each of the questions are attached to events that have happened in Ram¡¯s life. The experiences seem to have been implanted in his memory along with a revelation that concurrently is the answer to the question. The book depicts Ram as having lived in three different places; Mumbai, Agra and Delhi where he has had salient incidents happening in his life. He has a friend called Salim who also is instrumental in his life as depicted by the stories in the novel. Nita, a prostitute who Ram meets at Taj Mahal while on a guiding tour is also instrumental in his life (he does not meet Nita here; he meets her at the prostitution house). Nita is the motivating factor behind Ram¡¯s participation in the competition. He wants to get the money and buy her off (Nita is one of many reasons ¨C his main motivation for going on the show is to kill Prem for what he did to Nita and the Tragedy Queen). The author smartly poises his story between misfortunes and humour making it a very interesting novel. The novel addresses current situation in India including Paedophilia, human trafficking, corruption and poverty among others, which are evident as one reads through the stories in the novel. This makes the novel realistic, appealing and just fascinating. This book is striking, particularly the aspect that it depicts the principle of survival of the fittest. It portrays how the kids in India, particularly the slums, hustle with challenges in life just to get some food to eat and see the following day. It is a novel that inspires many people across the world, since it provides experiences in which people learn the need to persevere and never give up in life. The author is so creative and brings out real life experiences of life in slums and how people strive to endure life challenges. Comments: ` Larry, although this response is very well written, it isn¡¯t really focused on Ram¡¯s character development. You have done an excellent job highlighting important parts of the film, however, you really need to focus on how the plot changes Ram¡¯s character. I would suggest editing your original journal and perhaps incorporating some aspects of this journal, since it is very well written. so i want it to get fixed. thank you.

Student`s Name: Course Title: Course Instructor: Institution: Date Due: Slumdog millionaire reading journal Vikas Swarup wrote the novel Slum dog Millionaire. The tale is cleverly interwoven to spurn a tale of a young man named Ram Mohammad, a boy from rural India. The story starts when Ram Mohammad finds himself locked up on accusation that he had cheated in the quiz show titled ‘Who Will Win a Billion`. Ram is from a humble background in India and works as a waiter in a restaurant. Right from the onset, the reader encounters Ram as a little boy who has to deal with the trauma of living without a mother after watching her brutal murder right before his eyes. This fang of fate throws Ram together with his brother Jamal into quagmire and their lives seem to rotate about similar things, mired with lack, poverty and deprivation of simple privileges in life. In teenage, we broach the character with a reformed attitude who takes protective stance over his brother by killing the gangsters who tried to annihilate Jamal. Despite his background however, Ram manages to win a quiz titled ‘Who Will Win a Billion.` During the first show Ram wins ten million rupees and misses only one question short of winning twenty million rupees, this sparks a lot of opposition as no one anticipates a slum dog to have answers for all the questions. Audience fail to recognize that Ram is winning the quiz not because he is smart but because he has fast hand experience with the events being queried in the show. The show presenters become apprehensive because a slum boy could tackle all the questions succinctly; the show hosts are even in dire predicament, as they do not have the money to pay him. It does not make sense to them that such a young person from the slums could be able to answer the questions effectively without having had any interaction with urban life. These factors influence the anchors to arrest him and charge him for the offence of cheating. R...
