Should we have death penalty?

There have been declarations that countries abandon the death penalty as a matter of human rights, but in the U.S. states adopted different laws few sill preserve the death option, and others have abolished the practice. Reforming the death penalty system is necessary at a time when there is increase concern that even the procedural safeguards are inadequate. Potentially, there are innocent people who are executed, it is not all people who get punished and the death penalty is expensive highlighting the need to abolish the practice.

The death penalty is final and irreversible and when there are innocent people there is no reinstitution here have been cases of suspects being exonerated using the latest technology, are reviewing the evidence and even because of false confessions.
