Should Parents Limit the Amount of Time Children Spend Engaging With Screen Technologies?

Essay Instructions:

you will want to write a traditional five-paragraph essay, which consists of an introduction paragraph, three body paragraphs, and a conclusion paragraph. In the introduction, you should respond directly to and take a stand on the question raised by the prompt. In each body paragraph, you should provide one reason for your stand and support it with at least two details to back it up. For example, if the stand I am taking is: “Students should be allowed to have guests on campus for any length of time,” my first body paragraph might state: “When students move away to a college campus, they may experience mental health issues, and the presence of a familiar friend or family member may help with their transition.” I would then back up my idea with details such as: “stress from separation may cause students to focus less on their academic work and eventually drop out of school” and “maintaining connections with friends from high school can elevate a student’s mental well-being.” Finally, your conclusion should sum up your ideas by restating your main points.

This is essential because devices such as smartphones, televisions, and tablets can be used as avenues for students to access essential content for education and development purposes.
Another critical aspect of the digital screen is that it prepares children for the contemporary society. Life without a smartphone or basic knowledge of digital technology can be very hard. By ensuring that children consume screen technologies responsibly, they a...
