Understanding the importance of fitness is important for anyone's health. It allows them to appreciate their daily workout routines and make the most out of them. In this article, I would like to reflect on Nestler's (2017) article entitled 'The Benefits of Bodyweight Training'. This article piqued my interest because I have grown fond of bodyweight routines during the pandemic since I couldn't find enough time to go to the gym. All in all, I believe that this appreciation can help build motivation that would ensure long-term and consistent growth.
