Over the years, there have been numerous debates concerning the impact of exercises on sleep. Recent research suggests that workouts contribute significantly to reducing sleep complaints and insomnia (Hopkins). However, extensive research is necessary to determine whether exercising at a specific time can negatively affect. Again, people need to be aware of the ideal time to conduct exercises intended to enhance sleeping patterns and behaviors.
