The perfect college way of life dissipates quickly once the reality is reached. Many young adults imagine intriguing images of what college might be like for them. “Choose a major and a college you love and you will never work a day in your life because that field is probably not hiring.” Therefore, navigating college life begins by selecting the appropriate college and the field one plans to major in. As a first year, creating a schedule of classes ensures class attendance and assignment submission is done on time. Other than academic tasks that involve extensive research programs, college life also involve co-curriculum activities and overtime jobs. As a result, the huge workload that college students must undertake might lead to mental problems, especially to first years. Consequently, physical exercise, correct sleeping patterns, and eating a balanced diet are useful in maintaining a stable state of mind.
