What I found most interesting in the videos is how good Sheena Iyengar had mastered the concept of choice. She can explain every scenario that she proposes clearly in a way that every person understands. Another thing I found interesting about the videos is that they reveal information that can be helpful to the consumer. For instance, in the video “The Art of Choosing,” Iyengar clearly explains that there are several choices that are provided to us by retailers. However, our ability to categorize and realize that we can handle complexity can make choosing easier. It is also interesting that people are not actually in charge of most of their choices as much as they think they do. The reason is that as Iyengar notes, in the United States (US) people tend to make poor choices even when they are aware of it.
