Life Restart: Organizations Providing Homeless a Home

Essay Instructions:

I only need the outline and work cite page done for now these are both due tomorrow, i will choose the same writer to do the essay that this is for after i submit this tomorrow.
5 or more sources for the work cite page. i will attach an example outline on how she wants it to be done. the writer can add to my ideas below as they feel necessary
The essay(outline for now) needs to be over a program that you make up on how to help homeless people get in a home and financially stable in 6 months. i had an idea on creating a tiny home village for anyone that is homeless, just getting out of prison or just lost their job and is struggling to make it. the program would allow them to live there with no rent or bills for 6 months so they could work as much as needed to save up money so at the end of the 6 month stay in the tiny home village they would have enough money to pay first and last months rent, get all utilities turned on, buy food and appliances if needed and have some money left for comfort. during their stay it would be mandatory to participate in money management classes and any other courses that could help with becoming an independent successful individual. i know it sounds a little crazy not charging them any bills for 6 months but imagine how great they could be when the program is over they will have confidence and money to be able to have a 2nd chance at a successful life and possibly even make something of them selves and become a productive member of society. there would be strict rules for the program (writer can come up with some themselves) here is some i thought of 75% of their paychecks will go directly into a savings account, they must get a full time job with in the first two weeks of moving in, they must hold the same job for the entire time, they are not aloud to miss their the classes (money management) and which ever other courses the writer comes up with that would help at all as there will be classes offered in the mornings, nights and on weekends to accommodate everyone's work schedules.

Life Restart
Just when a homeless one thought his life is over, some people are willing to help him. Just like some organizations that open a tiny home village exclusive for the homeless only, some of them are United States Interagency Council on Homelessness (USICH) and charity like National Alliance to End Homelessness CITATION SKe17 \p 4 \l 13321 (Keating 4). Some researchers decided to do a 3 –year study about 350 adults living anywhere else but not a home CITATION RTB19 \l 13321 (Brown, Guzman, and Kaplan). The "Opportunity Village Eugene" or OVE serves as the temporary home for the homeless. The village has its association that monitors the neighborhood's daily activity CITATION AHe19 \p 4 \l 13321 (Herzog 4). The village has classes that will teach the neighborhood. The organizers from the government had the social works but the professionals take a step ahead of them, planning and analyzing every detail. CITATION LFu17 \p 8 \l 13321 (Furst 8) The OVE deserves our support because research showed how the abusers of a substance decline in just a couple of years CITATION STs11 \p 654 \l 13321 (Tsemberis, Gulcur, and Nakae 654).
