The main thesis of this paper is that there really is a big difference between eating raw fresh foods compared to cooked processed foods and this difference may spell health and disease or even life and death.
At the onset, many if not 100 percent of the people would say yes to the question as to whether raw fresh foods rather than cooked processed foods are better for the body. But this automatic answer would beg another question. Why are you eating more cooked processed foods rather than raw fresh foods?
