Thesis: Even though focus has been on food waste as a major problem, this paper seeks to showcase that food waste is but a symptom to a much bigger problem of humanity’s self-centeredness as well as heightened rates of inequality.
I. People continually care for themselves and how they can secure their futures and that of their children while neglecting their roles in helping make the world a better place.
