For anyone who has been there, life at college is usually the most interesting as well as the most memorable. At this level, one usually experiences life first hand, without necessarily having to engage in all the challenges it poses, due to the protection offered by the confines of school. One grows up into an adult, learns new things on almost a daily basis, and develops personality. Changes abound in plenty while in college.
While it is the most enjoyable and memorable for most, college life also poses a good environment for personal stress. This is because of all the things put before the student, which need to be done. When one makes the next move in the learning hierarchy, there is always the likelihood that these higher levels of learning offer new and greater challenges that those initially faced. For a freshman therefore, there are usually a myriad of things faced all at once.
From the new environment, new ways of doing things, to even new acquaintances. These are individuals who have literally left all their previous life behind, from their family to close friends, sometimes even those tight childhood friends. They are bound to suffer from stress in a college environment.
