I agree with the quote by Martin Luther King, Jr. that "one has a moral responsibility to disobey unjust laws." What would a community benefit from obeying and following unjust laws? I chose to support this quote because the context of obeying unfair rules and regulations reveals intimidation and a lack of democracy. Knowing the definition of democracy as the government of the people, by the people and for the people gives me an ultimate view in the legal following of just laws and moral disobedience to unjust laws (Mingo).
