Tea and coffee are some of the most popular beverages consumed, and they have stimulating effects and rich flavor. Coffee is more popular in the U.S, and in Asia green tea and purple tea are consumed for their health benefits. Coffee and tea are mainly grown in tropical and sun tropical climates with India being a major producer of both beverages. Coffee originated in Ethiopia and Yemen, while tea first appeared in parts of China, India and Myanmar. The source of the tea and coffee is trees, they are normally brewed and contain caffeine.
