Sonnet 12
The line I chose is “And, all in war with Time for love of you” which is from one of Shakespeare’s sonnets. Among all of the lines I read, this is what struck me because there is truth to it. The line is about loving someone, but because of time, it has become a challenge. Everything can happen in a fleeting moment, but it does not mean there is no love. In fact, the other lines of the Sonnet speak of true and young love. This is the truest form of love because the lover is innocent, has not experienced any scars and only sees one person to love.
