There are various ingredients that range from raw vegetables to precise small pieces of sliced meat, which the diners can submerge in the broth. The Chinese hot pot is a popular Chinese delicacy but has found its way to other places (Dillon, 2017). In this light, the delicacy has become an interesting cuisine across different cultures, which highlights the importance of studying it.
