They differ in levels of professionalism and training and in essence, provide different intensities and techniques to different kinds of problems. The two careers that will be compared and contrasted in this essay are Massage Therapy and Physical Therapy. Both of these careers handle the workings of the physical body in order to provide rejuvenation and rehabilitation of certain parts and pains. The two careers require knowledge and training about the human anatomy and must have the certain skills to be welcoming and caring. The people who might be interested in these fields must possess pleasing personalities and excellent socialization skills as they will be dealing with people who might be irate as they are in need of ease for their pains. The two may seem similar but in reality, they are far different from each other. There is no such thing as a standard massage therapy practice. Massage therapy is one of the most popular careers in the present due to its short time of training and open working hours. One of the reasons individuals choose this profession is because of the flexibility it offers in terms of work hours, independence, and choice of practice locations and types.
