The constitution is our pillar and clearly states the responsibility of the three legislative bodies in our country. The separation of power and functionality of each body is distinct so as not to interfere with the interest of the other organ.
As citizens, we should support and embrace our constitution. The checks and balances as defined by the Constitution ensure the security of liberty of the American people. Thus, no one body is too powerful regardless of which party has a majority.
