The French/Indian War
The French India War that took place in the 18th century is the most forgotten war that shaped America and world histories. The battle took place when the first European settlers arrived in North America, and this was around 1754-1763. It was also during this time that some of the descendants were fighting for independence in the American Revolution. The French India war was fought between France and Great Britain to determine which of the two European countries would emerge as a dominant power. The primary cause of the war was control of Ohio River Valley. It used to be part of the British empire, but it was later occupied by the Pennsylvanians and Virginians who belonged to the French empire.
