Emotional wellness refers to a person’s awareness, acceptance, and understanding of their psychological state and managing it through change and challenge. It includes activities that enhance stress reduction, inspires self-care, and develop inner strength (Lee, Denizci Guillet, and Law 857). There are certain habits that I need to change to improve my emotional awareness.
First, I need to stop procrastinating when having various tasks such as homework or assignments. It is common for most people to ignore doing chores in time. Frequently, I undertake other routine and dedicate the last few other to finish classwork. Such a change will help me reduce the stress typical of completing an argent work and submitting it for marking.
