Listening to Music for Relaxation
At the start of the listening assignment, I was a bit nervous since I did not know what to expect. This is despite trying to breathe in and out for a number of times with an effort to try and calm myself down. However, as the music started playing, there was a level of calmness that came up. Soon enough my breathing came back to normal and I was quite relaxed.
The music pieces that I chose were done by Daniel Kobialka, where I listened to lullaby number three and five.
